GOED OM TE WETEN

  • Onze suites zijn bedoeld voor maximaal twee personen. Uitzondering hierop is de family suite, deze is maximaal bedoeld voor 2 volwassenen en twee kinderen tot 16 jaar)

  • De front office is tot 23:00 uur bereikbaar op nummer +31702210322

  • De nacht conciërge is voor dringende gevallen bereikbaar vanaf 23:00 uur op nummer +31853038114

  • Onze gasten kunnen inchecken vanaf 15.00 tot 24.00 uur.
    Online check-in en registratie wordt geprefereerd
    In overleg is later inchecken mogelijk

  • Toegang tot het hotel èn de geboekte suite kan uitsluitend met de digitale sleutel / Guestkey. Deze wordt naar het door u opgegeven e-mailadres verstuurd.

  • Bagageopslag voor inchecken is op verzoek mogelijk.

  • Onze gasten kunnen tot uiterlijk 11.00 uur uitchecken.
    Late check-out kan worden bijgeboekt indien beschikbaar
    Bagage kan op verzoek worden opgeslagen tot 14:00 uur

  • Ontbijt kan tot 24 uur vooraf worden besteld via de Guestkey app en wordt op de volgende tijdstippen bezorgd tot aan de suitedeur.
    Maandag tot en met vrijdag 8:30 uur
    Zaterdag en zondag 9:00 uur

  • Iedereen vanaf 18 jaar kan een kamer reserveren. In ieder gezelschap moet ten minste 1 persoon 18 jaar of ouder zijn.

 

(BRAND) VEILIGHEID

  • In en om het gebouw zijn er diverse camera's aanwezig. Door het betreden van het gebouw stemt u ermee in dat er opnames van u kunnen worden gemaakt.

  • Hotel Bries is uitgevoerd met een gecertificeerde brandmeldinstallatie. In elke suite en in alle openbare ruimtes zijn rookmelders aanwezig. De brandweer wordt automatisch gebeld indien het alarm afgaat.

  • In geval van brand:
    Blijf kalm en verlaat het pand volgens de op de vluchtroute aanduiding aangewezen route
    Wacht buiten op de instructies van de brandweer

  • Het gehele hotel is rookvrij, onze brandmelders kunnen afgaan indien er wel gerookt wordt. Bij overtreding wordt ten minste € 250,- reinigingskosten in rekening gebracht

  • Het gebruik van kaarsen, wierook etc. is niet toegestaan.

  • Het is niet toegestaan om nooduitgangen te gebruiken als reguliere in- en uitgangen.

ZAKEN DIE NIET ZIJN TOEGESTAAN

  • Het is niet toegestaan om ongeregistreerde gasten in de suite te ontvangen.

  • Indien onze gast overlast veroorzaakt voor andere gasten door o.a. muziek, onhebbelijk gedrag of door lawaai van welke aard dan ook, is het personeel te allen tijde gerechtigd om gasten uit de accommodatie te verwijderen en de toegang tot Hotel Bries te ontzeggen. De gast heeft in dat geval geen recht op enige restitutie.

  • Roken in het gehele gebouw is ten strengste verboden (dit geldt ook voor elektronische sigaretten). In geval van overtreding zullen wij u een boete opleggen van € 250,00 en u zult het hotel moeten verlaten, zonder restitutie van reeds betaalde kamerkosten.

  • Het is verboden drugs (waaronder marihuana, GHB, cocaïne, hasj, wiet, LSD, XTC,
    maar niet gelimiteerd tot) en overige illegale goederen te gebruiken, te bezitten en/of te verhandelen in en om het gebouw. In geval van overtreding zullen wij u een boete opleggen van € 250,00 en u zult het hotel moeten verlaten, zonder restitutie van reeds betaalde kamerkosten.

  • Het is verboden lachgas te gebruiken, te verhandelen en/of mee te nemen tijdens uw verblijf aan ons hotel. Indien lachgas op de kamer wordt aangetroffen, zal u per direct worden verzocht het hotel te verlaten, zonder restitutie van reeds betaalde kamerkosten. Wij zullen u een boete opleggen van € 250,00

  • Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan, bij overtreding wordt tenminste € 250,- reinigingskosten in rekening gebracht.

  • Het is niet toegestaan om met meer dan het aantal gereserveerde aantal personen in de kamer te verblijven

  • In geval van het toebrengen van schade in de kamer, aan de inventaris of in het geval van het ontvreemden van hoteleigendommen worden de kosten in rekening gebracht aan de veroorzaker / de boeker van de kamer.

 

DISCLAIMER

  • De directie is niet aansprakelijk voor vermissing, zoekraken of beschadigingen van persoonlijke eigendommen van gasten en bezoekers.

  • De directie, eigenaar en/of medewerkers kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel en/of materiele dan wel immateriële schade van gasten of bezoekers

  • Wij respecteren de privacy van onze gasten en bezoekers. Omwille van veiligheid en het naleven van de huisreglementen behouden wij ons echter het recht voor de kamer te betreden.

  • Bij ernstige overtredingen van de huisregels kan de toegang tot het pand worden ontzegd en doen wij melding bij de politie.

 

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Our suites are meant for a maximum of 2 people. With the exception of the family suite which is meant for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (children aged 16 or younger)

  • The front office is available until 11 pm at +31702210322

  • The night concierge is available for emergencies from 11 pm onwards at +31853038114

  • Check-in is from 3 pm until 12 am.
    Online check-in and registration is preferred
    Late check-in can be possible with prior consultation

  • Entrance to the hotel and the suite can be done exclusively with the digital key/Guestkey. This will be sent to the given email address.

  • Storing baggage before check-in is possible on request.

  • Our guests can check-out till 11 am.
    Late check-out can be booked upon availability
    Baggage can be stored until 2 pm upon request

  • Breakfast has to be ordered 24 hours in advance through the GuestKey app and can be delivered on the following timings at the suite door.
    Monday to Friday: 8:30 am
    Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am

  • Anyone aged 18 and over can make a reservation. At least 1 person in each travel group must be 18 years or older.


SAFETY 

  • Various cameras are located in and around the building. By entering the building you acknowledge that recordings may be made of you.

  • Hotel Bries is equipped with a certified fire alarm system. Moreover, there are smoke detectors in every suite and in the public spaces. The fire department will be automatically alerted if the alarm goes off. 

  • In case of fire:
    Stay calm and exit the building according to the designated escape route
    Wait for further instructions given by the fire department

  • The whole hotel is smoke-free, our smoke detectors may go off in the event of smoking. Hence, by infringing this regulation a minimum fine of € 250 cleaning costs will be charged.

  • The use of candles, incense, etc is not allowed.

  • It is forbidden to use the emergency exits as regular entrances or exits.


AFFAIRS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED

  • It is not permitted to host unregistered guests in the suite.

  • In the event that a guest causes a nuisance to other guests (for instance by: playing loud music, displaying obnoxious behaviour or any other form of disturbance) the hotel staff are entitled to request you to promptly leave your accommodation and you will be denied any further access to Hotel Bries. No refund of any kind will be given. 

  • Smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited (this includes e-cigarettes). In case of a breach, a fine of € 250 will be charged and you will need to leave the hotel premises without a refund of the room charge. 

  • It is prohibited to use, take and or handle illegal substances in and around the building. These substances include, but are not limited to: cannabis, GHB, cocaine, hash, weed, LSD and XTC. A fine of € 250 will be charged and you will need to leave the hotel premises without a refund of the room charge.

  • It is forbidden to use, take or handle nitrous oxide (laughing gas) in the hotel premises. In the event that nitrous oxide is found in the hotel suite, you will be promptly asked to leave the hotel without a refund of the room charge.  A fine of € 250 will be charged and you will need to leave the hotel premises without a refund of the room charge.

  • Pets are not allowed, a violation of this rule will lead to a minimum fine of € 250 cleaning costs.

  • It is not allowed to have more than the registered amount of guests stay in a room.

  • In the event of damage to either the room, the inventory or in case of theft of hotel property, the costs will be charged to the perpetrator/the person who booked the room.

  • The management is not liable for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings of guests and visitors.

  • The management, owner and / or staff cannot be held liable for any injury and / or material or immaterial damage that guests or visitors may experience.

  • We respect the privacy of our guests and visitors. However, in regard to safety and with compliance of the hotel regulations, we reserve the right to enter the room.

  • In case of serious violations of the hotel regulations access to the hotel can be denied and the police may be notified.
