CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is possible from 3 pm onwards. A baggage room is available where you can store your luggage, both prior to check-in and post check-out. More information will be given in an e-mail prior to arrival.

Check-out is possible until 11 am.

RECEPTION

Although Hotel Bries does not have a permanent manned reception, we are always ready to assist you. We are available 24/7.

You can reach the night concierge at +31853038114 for emergency situations that can’t wait until the next day

For a smooth check-in procedure, we advise you to check-in online before arrival and register your ID. You will receive an invitation by email to complete the check-in process.

GUESTKEY

Your key for Hotel Bries is called GuestKey. This is a secure and digital solution to the hotel key. Our guests can enter the hotel and their suites using their mobile device without having to download any additional apps. GuestKey is very secure. Each lock is unique and has its own encrypted key.

PARKING

Hotel Bries does not have its own parking facilities.

Parking recommendations:

Street parking in front of the hotel is available between 1:00 PM and 12:00 AM at a rate of €2.75 per hour. Outside these hours, parking is free.

You can pay at the parking meter on the corner of the street or via an app such as EasyPark.

Another option is to reserve a parking space in a garage via ParkBee: www.parkbee.com
(The nearest location is World Forum Parking.)

Weekend recommendation: Street parking on Adriaan Goekooplaan is free from Friday 5:00 PM until Monday 9:00 AM. On other days, paid parking applies between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at €2.75 per hour.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

The parking at the World Forum offers multiple car charging stations for electric vehicles. 

There are various other charging stations within walking distance of the hotel.

PANTRY

Each suite is equipped with a pantry. Equipped with a coffee maker (Nespresso machine), tea making set, a fridge and a microwave. Cups, glasses, plates and cutlery are provided.

BREAKFAST

Start your day by enjoying the delivered breakfast from Anne&Max. Order this varied breakfast before 15:00 hrs to receive it next morning. Ordering is possible via e-mail and the breakfast box will be delivered at your doorstep.

Breakfast delivery times:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am

  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am

The breakfast box contains:

  • Biologic butter croissant

  • Farmer’s yoghurt with homemade granola and fresh fruit

  • One slice of blond and one slice of wholegrain sourdough bread

  • Hagelswag (chocolate sprinkles)

  • Fruit compote

  • Butter

  • Old cheese from Kinderdijk

  • Dried Livar ham

  • Fresh orange juice

Price € 15,- per person.

Also available; a delicious Anne&Max breakfast at location (Frederik Hendriklaan 166, Den Haag). Only a few minutes walk from Hotel Bries. Bring the flyer from your suite and get a free small coffee, cappuccino, caffe latte or tea when ordering Anne&Max’s large breakfast platter.

There are also many breakfast options in the area. The Frederik Hendriklaan offers numerous breakfast/lunch establishments and deli’s as well as supermarkets.

LUGGAGE

If you would prefer to not have to deal with the hassle of carrying around your luggage before checking in or after checking out, you can place your luggage in the baggage room at Van Aerssenstraat 65. The room is not monitored, but locked. Retrieve your luggage whenever you want. In both instances we offer only the convenience, but accept no responsibility for your belongings.

INTERNET / WIFI

Each suite has access to complementary high speed internet with a secure connection.

NETFLIX

In the suite you can use your personal Netflix account on our Smart TV. By scanning a QR-code to link your account it is assured that you will remain logged in for the duration of your stay, just like at home. As soon as you check out at Hotel Bries your account will be unlinked and removed.
